AGRICULTURE
As a rural based enterprise, Takajo Pastoral Company focuses on the breeding of quality Angus cattle and valuable crop production.
Operating across two properties - Wongadrah, located off the Snowy Mountains Highway in Mundarlo and Red Hill, along the Murrumbidgee River at Euberta NSW - our agriculture sector is a value-adding component of the Galloway Group.
Wongadrah
With 3500 acres of brown loam rising to high undulating granite and frontage to a permeant creek, Wongadrah is a successful property for cattle breeding and finishing, based on a Dunoon and Hazeldean Angus blood line.
Redhill
Set along the Murrumbidgee River on 640 acres of brown loam rising to red loam, Rehill primarily focuses on crop production.
With 128 acres under centre pivot irrigation the property also has large capital construction including covered feed pad, horse stables, machinery shed and cattle yards.
